Irene’s lovely book has sat on my shelf for nearly two weeks. Earlier today, I finally finished her scarf. It’s a simple pattern and shouldn’t have taken so long, but I spent a couple days on my granny squares instead.
It’s really not a scarf that provides a lot of warmth. Then again, Irene doesn’t live in the frozen wastelands of the Midwest any longer. Good for her!
I hope she likes it! I’ll mail it as soon as I dare to brave the Kafkaesque local post office.
