A few weeks ago, I mentioned working on this shawl/scarf out of recycled green wool. Quincetart designed the pattern this past spring and it quickly shot to the top of popular crochet patterns on Ravelry, where it stayed for months and months.

I finished mine a couple weeks ago, even managing to block it. The shawl is a giant spiral, so I blocked it in sections. Now it’s in heavy rotation with two or three other of my favorite scarves. As luck would have it, I have a hat and fingerless gloves made out of the same yarn. I look coordinated for once, although true to fashion, I didn’t plan it that way.

It’s lovely and was the perfect project to take with me on my work commute.
