It’s been a long time since I’ve posted about food.

This was dinner last night, perfect for an evening that got suddenly cold and foggy

Grilled cheese sandwich and creamy tomato potato carrot soup.

I added kale chips to mine. Kale chips are AMAZING and because Gene doesn’t like them, I get them all for myself!

You start with kale ripped up into bite size bits, mixed with olive oil, a bit of salt. I covered mine in paprika too, but couldn’t really taste it afterwards.

20 minutes later, spread out on cookie sheets in a 300F oven, you get this:

I can eat an entire bunch of kale in one sitting this way. And then look like a total weirdo with my teeth full of green bits. Yes, I had to floss immediately after dinner.
