The cardigan is coming along nicely. All that’s left are the sleeves and some buttons. The color is really growing on me as I work with it, especially after I noticed how green it ends up making my eyes look.
The weather’s taken a turn for the worse with frost advisories throughout the northern part of the state last night. Grant had dinner with us last night and the poor guy wore his wool hat the entire time. I joined him and wore my incomplete cardigan, the trailing ball of yarn tucked into my pants pocket. Gossy curled up as tightly as she could between my ankles when I went to bed, and I covered her in a crocheted blanket that Gramma made for me years ago. This is, after all, why I wanted to learn crochet to begin with – it’s cold here!
