Two rummage sales last week. Results at the first were average. From the men’s clothing section:

3 cotton or cotton blend sweaters – for unraveling and crocheting into baby presents
2 100% wool sweaters (pictured below)

Note how one still has its tags (in Greek!) attached.

Each sweater was $3, except for the 100% white cotton one that I was given for free, after I pointed out a fraying seam and a rust stain.

I got to the second sale late enough that everything left was going for $3 a bag. Scored half a dozen ties for the boy, a few sewing patterns, and this:
The sleeve, front panel, and cuffs (?) to an unfinished cardigan, along with two skeins of yarn. 40% cashmere, 30% lambswool, 30% wool. It’s utterly delicious yarn that likely retailed for $20+ per skein, but barely took up the bottom of my $3 grocery bag.
